You can also reach us by phone by contacting a customer service representative at Mohawk General Store by calling 323.669.1601, Monday-Friday 11AM-7PM PST.
Order Processing:
All orders placed Tuesday-Saturday (excluding holidays) before 5PM PST will begin processing that day and ship with in 48 hours pending item availability and and credit card verification. Orders placed after 5PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 5PM PST will begin processing the following Tuesday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Shipping Restrictions:
Once Mohawk General Store has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Mohawk General Store is not responsible for fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Mohawk General Store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Mohawk General Store. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns and Exchanges:
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items (except items which are final sale) that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached).
Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box or bag.
We do not accept returns on all undergarments, swim wear, and ALL SALE ITEMS INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE FINAL SALE.
Please email info@mohawkgeneralstore.net or call the store on Tuesday-Thursday 11AM-7PM PST within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned with in 5 days of receiving your RA#. Please mail your return with the original receipt to the following address:

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund in 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by e-mail. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
