If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and would like to return or exchange it, please email info@mohawkgeneralstore.net or call the store at 323.669.1601 for an RA number. You must get an RA number within 10 days of the original order.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please keep in mind that for credit card transactions it may take 3-5 business days for it to appear on your account.
